Lots of new and exciting things are happening at designbar. We just finished our second commercial project, a 6000 sqft area, featuring a ultra modern cafeteria, seating over 120 people, and a covered and uncovered outside patio. It looks amazing!

The 2010 Symphony Guild Designer House is taking place at the new MET Terraces building located at 1100 Metropolitan Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina. This year three extraordinary units were chosen to be showcased. designbar is proud to have been selected for the design of the Master Bedroom/ Master Bathroom Suite in unit 210 for the young professional. But we couldn’t do it all alone! designbar is excited to be partnering with some of Charlotte’s coolest companies.
Sarah Rees Designs LLC is taking over the reign of the bathroom and closets. She’s adding her delightful eclectic touch to our modern design. Check out Design Within Reach (www.dwr.com or 704.365.6514) for a look at some of the modern classics being showcased with a twist. But nothing would work without our modern & young architecture partner Dialect Design (www.dialectdesign.com) , who works with the talented Kevin Gavagan of Qfinecabinetry Inc & with Quality Floorz Co. to make the custom multifunctional headboard in the bedroom and the luxurious Bisazza glass tiles in the bathroom the absolute feature of the design.
